Abstract: The design check and accept of lightning protection device is a modern meteorological operational work. In order to carry out it more standardized, scientific and efficient, this paper uses C# programming language, SQL Server 2005 database access technology to build a computer software program management platform, complete construction projects basic information entry registration, lightning protection design technology evaluation, amendments comments, trace detection and final acceptance and process documents, design paper, and a series of information processing and finishing of the archive. The software system is through the server SQL Server database for network users to access multiple clients, with the number of lightning information to enter, save, retrieve, sort, backup, and other functions. The implementation of different user rights on the standardization of information, standardized management is through the Word, Excel and AutoCAD and other types of document for a query, print, and daily management, etc. The system is programmed specification, easy to operate, which has friendly user interface and stronger practicability.
